We employ our own international quality control staff working very closely with our manufacturers in the Far East to prevent badly made or faulty goods from leaving the factories and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. All our products go through a 16 point quality control check before being packaged and imported to us. All our rattan furniture is hand woven onto 1.3mm rustproof aluminium frames, it is all-weatherproof and U.V. protected to ensure no colour loss nor brittleness from continued exposure to sunlight and other harsh weather conditions. The extra thick, extra soft cushions are made from fire-retardant polyester wrapped foam rubber.
